工地安全培训

NYC Local Law 196 has mandated that starting September 2020, all workers in the construction industry are required to have a Construction Site Safety Training (SST) Card in order to perform construction work on construction sites in New York City. Contractors who hire untrained workers will receive a violation and be penalized. AAF’s Small Business team is partnering with the New York City Small Business Services (NYC SBS) and Grant Associate to provide free 40-hour training in Construction Site Safety (SST) to the Chinese speaking community in New York City. Current construction and demolition day laborers residing in New York City’s five boroughs who work on job sites with a Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Coordinator, or Site Safety Manager, as well as prospective construction workers looking to work in NYC must obtain a CSST card. The 40-hour training program is free, and workers with valid OSHA-30 cards can have 30 hours of training waived. Upon successful completion of the training, a construction site safety (SST) card will be issued.
